"Colton with Midwest Drain Service saved the day!
After an unexpected backup of our septic system, we had our tank pumped early this morning and went on with our life as normal unaware that our mainline had subsequently clogged due to the back up until well after business hours this evening. I called around unsuccessfully until Colton answered right away ready to help. He was up front with costs prior to service or requesting personal information. A reasonable drive fee prior to service is issued (a green flag, in my opinion, that the company takes its employees time and personal drive expense into consideration regardless if the customer utilizes the services or not). At arrival a clear explanation of what is included in the initial and subsequent steps and what those costs will be is provided. Initially I was hesitant with the flat rate cost but, the customer service, the cleanliness, the transparency, the number of high quality tools included and speed of service was well beyond what we paid for. Prior drain services charged per tool, hourly, and have drive fees often with a mess for me to clean later and their word that the problem is 'fixed.'
I have receipts, a clean basement, and video assurance with our own eyes that from end to end our septic line is completely clear! We ended up having not only the solids cleared from the line and the video inspection, he also cleared roots that had started to invade giving us time and awareness of that more serious issue, a priceless piece of information as homeowners.

We are so grateful and would give more than 5 stars if we could!"

Thank you so much Colton!"
